Leisure within the home is an integral part of Chain Home’s philosophy of luxury living. Bedrooms have been designed as an all encompassing space, which through its choice of colors, surfaces, lighting, overall area and configuration of how the furniture may be placed surpasses the most comfortable and ornate five star bedrooms of the finest hotels. En suite bathrooms, large wardrobes, dressing and study areas within the room, yet allowing for large TV and seating area makes every room in the home a master bedroom.
The Study is an inherent feature of many of the home types. This could be a flexible space to have as an office or a library or a separate meeting room away from the main lounge. In all of our designs, the study is located very near the front entrance as a deliberate design feature if in case one wishes to limit how far a stranger walks into the home.
Dining areas in each of the home have been designed such that they are part of the lounge or they are away from the lounge with a glazed partition to the kitchen.Despite there being a partition between the kitchen and the dining and lounge area, visually they read like the same space and can be opened out to be one large space.
All residents will benefit from the role of Chain Homes Management Company (HMC). The HMC will establish community liaison groups, enabling residents to have a say in what happens in their area and to be active in decision making. The HMC will also manage and maintain public areas, open spaces, play equipment, street cleaning, waste management and maintaining of landscape.
